YOUR FUTURE TEAM
Dayuse is looking for its future Sales & Account Manager to join our Account Management team in Paris. The team's mission: become the preferred strategic advisor of our hotel partners on daytime distribution, and drive sustainable revenue growth for both sides.
YOUR IMPACT
As a Sales & Account Manager, you own the commercial performance of a large portfolio of hotels across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, from independent boutique properties to international groups.
Concretely, you are the revenue partner of your hotels on the daytime segment: you audit how they price, package and distribute their day-use inventory, you benchmark them against their competitive set, and you turn that analysis into rate, availability and yield decisions that show up in their P&L.
YOUR DAILY MISSIONS
Portfolio Growth & Optimization: Monitor the health of your portfolio (bookings, revenue, RevPAR contribution, conversion) and the competitiveness of each offer: pricing vs. overnight ADR, time slots, length of stay, availability and allotment on the Dayuse extranet.
Yield & Pricing Advisory: Challenge your partners' day-use rate strategy: dynamic pricing, seasonality, weekday/weekend differentials, packaging (spa, F&B, late check-out) to maximize incremental revenue on otherwise idle inventory.
Proactive Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, human-centric relationships with Hotel Directors and Revenue Managers to ensure long-term loyalty and prevent churn.
Consultative Sales & Business Reviews: Run business reviews backed by data: Dayuse's share of their distribution mix, competitive-set benchmarks, demand patterns by micro-market, and a concrete action plan with an ROI attached.
Strategic Negotiation: Lead negotiations to improve partnership terms, secure better inventory, and implement growth-driving tools.
Operational Optimization: Deploy structural tools for partners (Direct Debit, No-Show management, …) to secure revenue and streamline processes.
Proactive Growth: Identify "top performers" to secure and high-potential hotels for targeted development actions (proactive calls, video meetings).
Business Development & Contracting: Scout and sign new strategic properties and hotel groups in DACH, positioning day-use as a complementary revenue stream rather than another commission line.
Continuous Improvement: Act as a force for proposal on the evolution of our internal tools (Hubspot) and processes to increase efficiency.
YOUR OBJECTIVES FOR A SUCCESSFUL ONBOARDING
Short term (3 months): Master our internal processes and tools (Hubspot, Tableau), and engage with your entire portfolio to build a clear vision of your segmentation (Top, Mid, Long-tail) based on revenue contribution and potential.
Medium term (6 months): Hit the contracting and booking related KPIs set on your dedicated market, and become fully autonomous in leading strategic Business Reviews with revenue recommendations your hoteliers actually implement.
YOUR PROFILE
Education: You come from a higher education background (Hospitality Management School or a Business School)
Language: You are fluent in German, English, and French.
Experience: You have 3 to 6 years of successful experience within the Hospitality industry, Sales, or Revenue Management. You speak the language of hoteliers and understand the levers of profitability.
Hard Skills: You have a strong capacity for data analysis and are comfortable with numbers.
Soft Skills: You have a sales mindset; you love to convince and negotiate. You are recognized for your proactivity, your sense of priority, and your relational excellence.
Culture: Most importantly, you identify with our company culture based on plurality, ambition, merit, humility, and service excellence.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Location: Offices in the 9th arrondissement, in a vibrant neighborhood with everything nearby.
Remote Work: Up to 2 days of teleworking per week.
Compensation: 40-45K€ + overachivement plan
Benefits: SWILE meal vouchers (€10), Health Insurance and Transport (Navigo) 50% covered, 6 RTT per year.
Onboarding: A "Welcome Campus" to discover the company and the teams.
