YOUR FUTURE TEAM
Dayuse is looking for its next Account Manager to conquer the North American market by joining our Sales & Account Management team based in our Montreal office. You will report to Yves, our Regional Director.
You will be part of an international, ambitious, and data-driven team at the core of Dayuse's engine. Your mission? To build strong partner relationships and maximize the performance of our offerings in one of our most strategic markets. You will work daily with the Customer Service, Business Development, Data, and Marketing teams to turn every hotel into a success story.
YOUR IMPACT
As an Account Manager, you will be the driving force behind our growth in the high-potential North American market. Your role will be crucial in transforming our hotel partnerships into true success stories.
You won't just be managing accounts; you will be a strategic Business Partner. Your sharp market analysis and understanding of hotel distribution challenges will enable you to craft irresistible offers, making Dayuse an essential booking channel for our partners. Your impact will be measured directly by the growth in bookings and revenue.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY MISSIONS
- Manage a strategic portfolio: You will oversee and grow a portfolio of hotel partners in the rapidly expanding North American market.
- Act as a true consultant: You will negotiate the best offers, rates, and availability with key decision-makers (Revenue Managers, Hotel Directors) to maximize their revenue through Dayuse.
- Master the data: You will create and analyze insightful Business Reviews (KPIs via Tableau) to provide strategic recommendations and demonstrate the value of our partnership.
- Build relationships of trust: You will establish productive and lasting relationships with your partners across various markets and cities.
- Deploy high-value projects: You will identify and activate growth opportunities in your market, such as rolling out new offers or payment solutions.
- Ensure clear and effective reporting: You will track your performance and your market's activity, reporting weekly to the Regional Director.
YOUR GOALS FOR A SUCCESSFUL START
- Within 3 months: You will have full command of your portfolio, implement rigorous reporting, and know how to prioritize your actions for immediate impact.
- Within 6 months: You will be the recognized expert for your market. You'll identify opportunities, define offers and pricing that convert, and establish yourself as the go-to reference.
- Within 12 months: You will develop a strategic vision for your market, proposing and leading innovative projects (e.g., specific offers, new services) by collaborating with internal teams to bring them to life.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have significant experience (3+ years) in a similar role (Account Management, Revenue Management, Distribution), ideally within an OTA, hotel group, travel agency
- You have excellent knowledge of the US hotel market and its dynamics.
- English is your working language (bilingual or fluent proficiency is essential).
- You know how to make numbers talk: you have a strong aptitude for data analysis and can draw actionable conclusions from it. Proficiency with Tableau and HubSpot is a plus.
- Soft Skills: You are known for being proactive, meticulous, and organized. You are an excellent communicator with a "go-getter" attitude and a strong team spirit
