- Update your HubSpot CRM.
On the other hand, you will:
- Prospect new local hotel groups or mid-sized management companies.
- Develop the business relationship with our Key Account partners (Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, Radisson…), energize the network, and sign on new establishments.
- Monitor your market and active competition.
...and all of this in English, as you will be working on the United States market!
So, if you:
- Have a higher education degree, ideally with a specialization in international business and/or the hotel industry.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, are skilled in various prospecting techniques, and are proactive in suggesting improvements to constantly enhance processes and performance.
- Are fluent/bilingual in English (to communicate with all prospects and our international team).
- Are tenacious, resilient, and results-oriented: a true "Hunter" in sales.
- Have excellent communication, negotiation, and diplomatic skills (knowing how to influence the right people at the right level).
- Are flexible with your hours to occasionally shift your work schedule to the evening for calls with the US.
What we offer:
- 2 days of remote work per week.
- A salary package: Fixed + Variable + profit-sharing plan.
